We use Australia post who provide a tracking service. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order from initial packing to final delivery.

We do not have a cellar door. We do however offer private tastings for small groups in our winery (including barrel tasting weekends) during certain times of the year. Please enquire at customerservice@petroniowines.com.au

Yes all our wines are vegan friendly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will simply refund the full amount or part there off or offer to swap out a particular wine. We understand that not all wines are for everyone, so we take this matter seriously.
